What are the tent measurements?

Each tent measures as follows:


Width 100 cm 

Depth 150 cm

External height 145 cm


The breakfast trays are H26 cm x D36 cm x W56 cm, and are usually placed in front of each bed if there is room, however these can be placed elsewhere if preferred/required.  

How much is the deposit?

We require a non-refundable deposit of £5 per tent. This is to be paid at the time of booking. 

How many nights do I get the tents for?

The standard sleepover package is for 1 period of overnight hire. For example. The date of your party is Saturday 24th October 2020. We will arrive at a pre-arranged time on the 24th October to set everything up. You will have all the equipment and accessories overnight, and we will return at a pre-arranged time the next day to collect and remove all the hired equipment/accessories. 

What about allergies?

All tent covers are made from 100% cotton, and are hypoallergenic. The mattresses, mattress protectors, fitted sheets, pillow protectors, pillows and duvets are hypoallergenic. It is the hirer's responsibility to inform us of any known allergies in advance of the sleepover. 

What areas do you cover?

We've hosted children's sleepover parties throughout Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Merseyside and the surrounding areas. We are located in Oldham and offer free delivery and setup if you live within a 20 mile radius of OL2. We are happy to travel further afield for an additional cost to cover our time & travel. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

Can you provide birthday cakes?

We are now working alongside a wonderful local cake company Corner House Cakes who make the most delicious Cakes and Cupcakes to give our customers a more inclusive sleepover package. Alongside your beautiful sleepovers we can now help to provide Cakes, Sweet cones, Cookies, and Cup Cakes for any occasion. What age range are the tents suitable for?

We recommend the tents are used by children aged 6 upwards, however we are happy to provide tents for children under the age of 6. Please see the terms and conditions.  

Can the tents be used outside?

 Unfortunately not. These tents are for indoor use only.   

How are the tents cleaned?

 The tent covers are all removable and washable. All bedding is laundered after each use using Fairy Non Bio pods and Dettol Laundry Cleanser. The trays and other items are cleaned and disinfected where possible with Dettol antibacterial surface cleanser. 

Are the sleepover tents available to buy?

 We don’t sell the sleepover tents, they are available as part of the hire package only. 

What happens if something gets damaged?

 Accidents happen, we know that. Due to the nature of our business we take great care in looking after our party supplies and ensuring they are supplied in fantastic condition. Should an incident occur where any of our supplied items get damaged there will be a charge for replacements. Please read our terms and conditions for more detailed information on this. 

Do you have insurance?

 Yes, we have £5 million public liability insurance. 

How does COVID-19 affect you?

Since we re-started back up in July 2020 after the first initial lockdown, we are pleased that our COVID-19 policies and procedures that we follow allow us to continue to bring magical memories to your homes for your children to enjoy. 


Please note:


If anyone needs to change dates or re-arrange then please do contact us, especially if anyone displays symptoms or is required to self-isolate.


Our staff will wear PPE for both set up and collection of the equipment. 


All equipment is quarantined for 72 hours after each collection.


Everything is washed at 60 degrees after the 72 hour quarantine period. We use Fairy Non Bio pods, and Dettol Laundry Cleanser in all washes. All accessories that can’t be washed are sprayed with Dettol Antibacterial spray.

All non washable equipment is cleaned with Dettol Antibacterial spray following collection, and then re-sanitised/cleaned again before any re-hire.

We do not currently re-use or allow re-hires of any of our themes and/or equipment within a 72 hour period, therefore all themes/dates are first come, first booked at the moment. This means we have limited the number of weekend hires, therefore availability is reduced.


We provide our full COVID-19 policy to all of our customers as part of your booking pack.
